1. About us
vaastuonline.com (“Vaastu Online”, “we”, “us”) is an educational and advisory website on Vaastu Shastra, the traditional Indian Hindu principles of home design and placement. It is a product of NX IT Solutions (GSTIN 36BLMPK7539N1Z9), which provides the services and receives payments made on the site. You can reach us at support@vaastuonline.com.
2. Free tools and guides
The compass, Vaastu Profile, Vedic charts, room guides, item placement guide, quick tips, Muhurat calendar and free questions are offered free of charge for personal use. Calculations such as the Panchanga and birth charts are worked out in your browser from the details you enter, so their accuracy depends on those details.
3. The House Plan Vaastu Review
- What you get: you upload a floor plan with your questions, and we send you a written PDF report that checks the plan zone by zone and suggests practical remedies that need no demolition.
- How the report is made: our Vaastu analysis tool, which may use AI, studies the plan zone by zone and writes the findings, recommendations and answers to your questions. Depending on how we have set it up at the time, either our team checks the report before it is sent, or it is sent to you automatically once your payment is confirmed. Even in automatic mode, a plan is held for our team when the tool cannot read it, the North direction is unclear, or a question needs a person. Where needed, we also ask one of the purohits on our Purohit desk to review it.
- Turnaround: 24 to 48 hours after payment. If we need more information from you, the time starts again once we have it.
- Delivery: by email to the address you signed in with, and as a download on the Ask page when you sign in.
- Fee: shown before you pay. Visitors in India pay in rupees and visitors elsewhere in US dollars. Prices include GST. A GST tax invoice (GSTIN 36BLMPK7539N1Z9) is emailed to you and can be opened from the Ask page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Temple donation: we donate 90% of each fee, after GST and other taxes, to the Temples of India.

4. What Vaastu advice is, and is not
Our guidance follows classical texts and traditional practice and is offered for cultural, spiritual and educational purposes. It is not architectural, structural, engineering, legal, financial or medical advice, and we do not promise any particular result. Before building or changing a structure, consult a licensed architect or engineer and follow local building rules. You decide what to do with the advice.
5. Your account and your plans
- You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
- You keep ownership of the plans and details you upload. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to store and process them only to prepare your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Please do not upload anything unlawful, or other people’s personal documents without their consent.
6. Puja requests
When you ask for a puja, we pass your request to purohits on our Purohit desk. The purohit is independent of Vaastu Online. The date, arrangements and dakshina are agreed directly between you and the purohit, and Vaastu Online charges nothing and receives nothing for the introduction.
7. Purohits and Vaastu pandits on the Purohit desk
Purohits and pandits can apply to join the Purohit desk. Applications are reviewed by us, and we may approve, decline or remove an account at our discretion. Purohits act as independent practitioners, not as our employees, and must keep client details confidential and use them only to serve that client.
8. Content and fair use
The text, illustrations and software on this site belong to Vaastu Online or its licensors. You may use them for your own home and share links, but not copy the site or its reports for resale. Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or overload it.
9. Liability
We take care to give sound guidance, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a paid review is limited to the fee you paid for that review, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you paid apply to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to support@vaastuonline.com first so we can try to resolve any complaint; otherwise disputes go to the courts of India.
